🎯 We are looking for a skilled salesperson to join our team in Prague 8 - Karlín.

🚩 Our work model is 3 days in the office / 2 days home office.

🕑 2:30pm – 11:00pm CET – to cover US working time and reach US clients. 

🚀 The start of our cooperation can be from October 1st or November 1st, 2024.

What do our Inside Sales Specialists need for their work?

Our sales team is on a mission to help people with their health and to genuinely care about our clients. To add value for them. We're always looking to learn and improve our skills and performance. The company, the team and the clients can rely on us 💯%.

✔ You've got at least a year's experience in customer service, sales, service, administration, reception, call center work, or something similar.

✔ It doesn't matter what nationality you are, but you should be able to speak English at a native speaker level (C2).

✔ You've got excellent written and oral communication skills and can communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization.

✔ You can work well under pressure, manage your own workload, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

✔ You thrive in a team environment and are a team player who can work with individuals across the organization.

What will your days be like in this role?

🚩 The start of our cooperation can be from October 1st or November 1st, 2024.

You'll be a key member of the team, helping our customers (B2C) with top-notch service. Your job is to chat with our current customers on the phone, tell them about Accolade's health and benefit programs, offer them services, and make sure they get the support they need. This is a chance to make a real difference to people's health journeys while giving them an amazing client experience. You'll also be communicating with other teams.

Specifically, you'll be doing the following:

📞 You'll be calling our existing customers to offer them new services. You'll be making at least 100 calls a day, with about 60 % going to voicemail. Some of the calls will also be transferred to our other specialists.

❤ It's important to be effective and enthusiastic when communicating with clients. The goal is to encourage them to use Accolade services and take an active approach to their health.

🩺 It's important to get a good understanding of our clients' medical histories. And then we'll connect you with the right team member.

🤝🏻 Make sure each client knows how our services can help them. We're here to provide excellent service and build solid client relationships. Let's make sure our team inspires confidence.

🏆 Manage your own tasks. We're in touch with our clients every day, whether it's outbound or inbound. Meet your personal and team goals, both qualitative and quantitative.
